Tyler founded Culture Craft Consulting based on a belief that it's possible for everyone to love their job, and a goal to empower organizations to lead well and build strong, healthy cultures. With a degree in business management and a decade of experience in leadership and team dynamics,
Tyler partners with companies of all sizes to improve retention, develop effective leaders, and strengthen long-term profitability. He provides fractional HR support including recruiting, training, and performance review systems to ensure organizations hire well and keep top talent. As a certified Enneagram and DISC practitioner, he also trains teams on communication and self-awareness to improve collaboration at every level.

Christiana believes that business owners and leaders deserve to find joy in their work rather than fall into the cycle of burnout. With a decade of experience in management at Chick-fil-A, Christiana developed deep expertise in building healthy workplace cultures, operational efficiency, HR management, and leadership development. Her work also took her across the country to train teams at multiple restaurant locations, learning skills that she now uses to evaluate organizational systems and suggest ways to be more efficient and effective. Leadership is demanding, but it doesn’t have to consume a person’s life. Christiana's goal is to partner with clients and take on the responsibilities that drain their energy so they can focus more on the work they love. She is passionate about supporting leaders and looks forward to helping others rediscover satisfaction in their work.
